EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF SOLUTIONS FOR A MIXED-TYPE PROBLEM WITH INTEGRAL GLUING CONDITIONS
This paper examines a boundary value problem for a loaded differential equation with Riemann–Liouville fractional derivatives and integral gluing conditions. By reducing the problem to a system of integral and fractional equations, conditions ensuring existence and uniqueness of the solution are...

THE IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICS-BASED MODEL SELECTION AND RESULT CALIBRATION IN SIMULATION SUB-5NM SILICON GAAFETS
This paper investigates the critical Sentaurus role of physics-based model selection and calibration in the simulation of sub-5nm silicon Gate-AllAround Field-Effect Transistors (GAAFETs) using the TCAD environment. As transistor dimensions shrink below 5nm, classical modeling approaches become...

EXTREMAL FUNCTIONS ON PARABOLIC MANIFOLDS AND REGULAR COMPACTS
This article considers parabolic Stein manifolds that admit special plurisubharmonic exhaustion functions. Using such a function, the notion of a 𝜌-polynomial is introduced. On manifolds possessing a rich family of such polynomials, we study maximal functions and regular compact sets for which...

INVESTIGATION OF IMPLANTATION OXYGEN IONS INTO THE SURFACE Mo(001)
We have modelled the process of ion implantation at low angles of incidence on the Mo (001) surface with an initial energy of 1-5 keV. The pair collision approximation method was used in the modelling process. We obtained the dependence of the number of implanted O ions on Mo (001) at different...

FEM ANALYSIS-STRUCTURAL AND DYNAMIC, DISCUSSIONS AND RESULTS OF THE MODIFIED MECHANISMFOR ADJUSTING BASE OF THE TRACTOR
This article investigates the updated mechanism for modifying the base of a variable-base tractor, which plays a crucial role in cultivating sloped rainfed agricultural lands. The study identifies potential loads, magnitudes (compression, stress, shear, safety), and force directions that may arise...

IMPROVING THE STABILITY AND MANEUVERABILITY OF THE VARIABLE BASE TRACTOR
Several types of variable wheelbase tractors are available in Uzbekistan. In this article, the mechanism for changing the wheelbase of a variable base tractor using a pendulum mechanism has been theoretically improved, and its stability and maneuverability have been enhanced. The structural...

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE FRAME BETWEEN TWO AXLES OF THE VARIABLE BASE TRACTOR
This article examines the structural strength of the main frame of a variable-base tractor modification, which plays an important role in cultivating sloped lands irrigated by rainfall as a means to mitigate the negative impacts of water scarcity in Uzbekistan’s agriculture. The potential loads and...

INFLUENCE OF THE NUTRIENT SUBSTANCE “PLANTASTIM” ON THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF EUODIA DANIELL II AND MELIA AZEDARACH TREE SPECIES
This scientific article provides a comprehensive analysis of the biometric indicators of growth and development for the Euodia and Melia tree species. The study investigates the optimal field capacity limit for these species, which is determined to be 70–80% moisture content. This limit is assessed...

THE INFLUENCE OF FOREST PLANTATIONS ON THE MICROCLIMATE IN THE SOUTHEASTERN KYZYLKUM
The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of linear shelterbelt forest plantations on the microclimatic parameters of adjacent pasture areas. It was established that shelterbelts act as a barrier to wind flow, reducing its kinetic energy by 40–50%, which positively improves key...
