Abstract:

This paper covers justification of the need for a new approach to teaching a foreign (English) language, significance of discursive competence in formation oral speech, and an important new direction has been identified for the formation of foreign language communicative competence among students – the development of a model for the formation of discursive competence using educational Internet resources based on new technologies.
