Author: Jumaniyozova Nuriya, Karimova Durdona, Ametova Oyshajon Rozmatovna

Abstract:

Assessment is one of the major aspects of any educational setting. As Genesee and Upshur (1996) stated that it is the process of teaching and learning in order to develop students’ success as well as the achievement of institutions (p.1). Educators utilize a variety of tests in order to meet the outcomes of the course. Since communicative approach is widely used in many classrooms traditional tests have been replaced by alternative assessment. It is evident that tests should align with learners’ level, purpose, course objectives and topics. Therefore, modification of tests is highly required in a bid to obtain ultimate objectives of the course. This article is dedicated to the assessment and modification of the test taken at University of law.
