The problem of the danger of damage and destruction of economic objects, including hydraulic structures as hydrodynamic hazardous objects, due to the impact of natural and anthropogenic factors, forcing the hydraulic community to pay special attention to the problem of their safety and joining efforts in protecting against natural and other disasters, is considered.
