Abstract:

The article attempts to identify the factors that directly affect the achievement of an individual’s spiritual and material life. According to the results of consistent scientific research, the author argues that the important role of socio-pedagogical, ethical-moral, spiritual, ideological, material, and practical factors play a crucial role in terms of achieving the harmonious spiritual and material life of a person.

For instance, level of imposing quality management of company’s control system, adequacy in company’s resource stock base and level of using them efficiently, implementation of marketing practices in required level, importance of media in company’s affairs and strength of control system within company are included within internal factors.
