FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN FINANCING PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATION: ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UZBEKISTAN

This article studies the experience of some well-off nations in financing preschool education. In addition, it analysis the current funding condition in preschool financing by regions. Moreover, it develops some conclusions and recommendations relying on the analysis and studies.
